• Orders £500.01 to £1,999.99: £99 + VAT
• Orders £2,000 and above: Free delivery

• Next Day Delivery (Upgrade)

Delivery Method:

• Delivered via our pallet service

Delivery Time Window:

• Standard Delivery and Next Day Delivery: Between 9 am and 5 pm

Postcode Exclusions:

Failed Delivery:

• In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient not being available, a redelivery charge may apply. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery during the specified time window.

Designated Couriers:

• We offer options for designated couriers. You can select your preferred courier during the checkout process on our website.

Curb Side Delivery:

• Our delivery service is curb side, which means the driver will deliver the goods to the premises. It is your responsibility to bring the goods into your premises and dispose of the pallet and packaging materials.

Delivery Notifications:

• The driver will call or you will receive an email notification on the day of delivery to organise the delivery details. Please ensure you are available to take the call or check your email for notifications.

Damages and Reporting:

• Any damages to the goods must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
